The company integrates research and development, manufacturing, sales and service in one, focusing on the research and development and production of high efficiency CNC tools. Introduction of Germany Walter CNC five-axis grinding machines and more than 20 sets of automatic production equipments and high precision Walter tool measuring machine, Germany Zoller tool measuring instrument, Hexagon coordinate measuring instrument.Product manufacturing accuracy can reach to 2 micrometers or less.
SimiCut mainly produces: modular drill, end mills, step reamer, customized boring tools and other CNC machining tools。
Modular drill is the company's key products, it has the characteristics of longer length, larger diameter, can be used in a variety of applications with very high feed rate, to ensure high productivity level. The product has a strong tool socket that allows multiple insert changes to extend the life of steel drill body and carbide drill insert. Mainly used in heat exchanger, boiler, air conditioning and auto parts industry applications.
Our SMT series is adapt to diameter of 11~54mm,and maximum L/D=18xDc. Our SMV series is adapt to diameter of 28~101mm,normal SMV drill length is maximum to 1180mm . Also We have 1 set PVD coating system of Oerlikon Balzers and other top test instruments in our plant to speed up our tools production timing and guarantee the better quality.
